Yes.This is because girls at her age have a simple-thinking mind, in other words, they are naive.They do not think about the consequences of their actions and only think of the first thing that comes to their minds.
No, relationships would be a distraction to her studies. It would affect her grades, causing it to detoriorate. Her parents would be disappointed and this would affect the relationship between them (Daughter and parents).The girl would be stressed and would become rebellious and so on and so forth.. :D
