I think the clip is trying to share that we should not post any pictures online. This is because it can be seen and taken by anybody; strangers,friends and family. People can take it and edit it. It is very dangerous to post something on the internet as once it is posted, we cannot take it back or stop anyone from seeing or taking it. Thus, we should think TWICE or THRICE before we post something online.
